If you'd like to rent our facility, please turn in the above form to our Lodge for approval.

​Pasties are $7 each.

​

Please bring your payment when you pick up your order. The pick-up site is at the Masonic Lodge, located at 302 Adams Avenue in Eveleth. Pickup is at the alley entrance door, then go downstairs.
