Meet Scholarship Winner Carter Flannigan!

Carter Flannigan is the son of Gina and Gary Flannigan of Eveleth. While at Rock Ridge High School, he was in Knowledge Bowl. He played baseball, football, and was captain of the basketball team. During his senior year, he did community service for the Resurrection Church, and AEOA food drive. Carter will attend Mesabi Range College in Virginia, enrolling in their electrical controls and maintenance program and play baseball.
